Refund policy

You may request returns for in‑stock items within 30 days upon delivery. Items must be unused and kept in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change‑of‑mind returns. Damaged‑upon‑arrival claims must be submitted within 7 days with supporting photos. Custom‑sourced special‑order items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7‑10 business days after we receive and inspect returned goods.
